   Once you have the pass word, (sorry I can not help on that ) Do all of   
   your work on the computer from an account that has administrator   
   permission.   
      
   You are not going to be tempted to break into your own computer.  Your   
   desk top will be secured in you house and if it is a laptop, you are NOT   
   going to do anything to louse it. So a secondary account is sort of   
   redundant.
