   Oops.  Contact Iomega before doing *anything* else.   
   I assume you have a copy of your encryption key stored   
   safely away somewhere?   
   If so you could try re-installing the Iomega software   
   and using your encryption key to re-gain access to your   
   encrypted data.   
   If you don't have the key you will never see that data   
   again, but should be able to reformat the drive for   
   future use.
