   Hey thanks Rob for the info. Sorry I guess I did not make it very clear.   
   It's only when I use the browser on the internet that QuickTime pops-up its   
   plug-in in the browser window instead of  IE 6.0 starting WMP in a separate   
   window like it used to with mpeg files. I can not seem to find where I need   
   to make the change in IE to make it use WMP as the default mpeg player on   
   the internet. WMP is already the default player on my system and plays   
   mpeg's when I click on an icon on my system but not on the net. Any help
