   Thats what most of us call the process of "learning".   
      
   Jeepers Creepers. Hes talking about disabling services. Have you   
   honestly had to reinstall Windows because you disabled a service?? If   
   thats the case, you should probably keep your advice to yourself. No   
   matter how bad you mess up services you can always boot with something   
   like Super ERD and re enable them.   
      
   THere are a gazillion guides out there for what services you can safely   
   disable, and yes, it makes a big difference in your systems performance.
