It is seldom a good idea to mess with the registry. instead try:
1.. Open Windows Explorer
2.. Select My Computer
3.. Select Documents and Settings
4.. Select "your user name"
5.. Select SendTo
6.. Move the curser down to your DVD drive, right click it and select Copy
7.. Paste shortcut into the SendTo folder
