   i needhelp i just installed xp pro on a 2 gig compaq with onboard sound but   
   the sound wouldnt work in device manager ther was a exclamation point next   
   to multi media audio controller so i disabled onboard sound in bios and   
   bought a new sound card well same problem when i install the cd it stops me   
   with cant load installer for media please help
