|    Quicktime nightmare...    |
|    18 Mar 06 23:31:42    |
From: jure.sah@guest.arnes.si              Hello,              When I have installed QuickTime to play back it's own format movies, I       took special care not to associate it with any other format. And it is       not associated with any other format. Yet when I visit an URL that       points directly to an MP3, I see quicktime running instead of having an       option to download the MP3.              That is very annoying. Is there any way to forcibly prevent quicktime       from doing that without uninstalling it?              --       Model: INFJ       Primary function: Coprocessor       Secondary function: Cluster commander              http://www.thought-beacon.net              Pay once per lifetime webhosting:       http://farcomm-it.com/?ref=jsah              "...need lots of luck,       a bit of Google,       and some Dust..."        -- CosMix              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
