   If you have jettisoned your connection to Win9x/Me completely, then   
   make all your partitions NTFS.   
      
   Actually, if you are making several partitions (rather than one   
   gigantic one) you can change any unused, blank, non-System partition   
   from NTFS to FAT32 from within WinXP at a later time -- if you so   
   choose -- for whatever reason.   
      
   This is one reason why it is good to split your hard drive into   
   smaller partitions: to allow for unforeseen events.
