   Symantec is of absolutely no help with this (what else is new ).  They   
   say it is a Windows problem.   
      
   I recently upgraded to SP2.  If I have Norton Ghost 2003 installed, from   
   the time the desktop background shows until the icons show is 45 seconds   
   - 1 minute.  If I uninstall Norton Ghost 2003, everything works fine -   
   the desktop complete with the icons, shows up immediately. Under SP1 I   
   had no problems.   
      
   Any ideas or suggestions on how to correct this problem ?
