Control Panel ADD/Remove Programs

   Control Panel Add Remove programs , Between xyz program and next one I have   
   a BIG  M T space then  a 1 Black bar then 3 black bars then 4 black bars   
   then 2 black bars then 3 black bars then 2 black bars ( all bars go up &   
   Down )  then MT space then next xzy program .   
   How can this be fix ?
