From: mobile-1@cox.net Shutdown starts normal, even goes through the normal Windows is shutting-down phase then it goes to a solid blue screen for five or more minutes before finally shutting-down. Shutdown takes anywhere from 6 minutes to infinity at which point I kill the power.
