|    Problem with deleting folders    |
|    24 Apr 06 14:42:00    |
From: icebergs@nycap.rr.com              I am trying to clean up my desktop and can't delete a folder. I can OPEN the       folder and then delete the CONTENTS but the folder remains.              Can anyone help me solve this pesky problem?              When I highlight and click delete, an error message comes up and says that       "It is being used by another person or program" (WHICH IT IS NOT) and "Close       any program that might be using the file and try again."              I've done everything I can think of (close down, reboot, close all programs,       turn off only other computer on the network, etc.) Nothing seems to work.              Can anyone help?              Gordon              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
