   Looked at MS site for a fix for a Runtime error that I can't seem to get rid   
   of. There is no associated number for the error, and it happens when I move   
   a video from a remote device to my PC and I try to open it. The video shows   
   up, but the audio is always absent and the runtime error happens. Running Xp   
   with all updates.   
      
   Help please...
