   When I type msconfig in the run box I get the msg "Windows cannot find   
   msconfig, make sure you typed the name correctly, etc". Msconfig is,   
   however, right there where it belongs in the   
   windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries folder. In fact I can browse to it and it   
   runs just fine. I've run all sorts of spyware and virus detection to no   
   avail.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
