Thank you I called Microsoft and they sent me the hotfix.

Now I'm in another dilemma. The hotfix did not solve my problem. Although
everything that is outiled in Q321060 is my
exact problem. Hmmm I'm stumped I have tried everything but still unable to
   use a Wireless Card.
   Anyone have any ideas?

   I have a Toshiba P25 S609 if that helps.
