   Can't open Microsoft Help and Support.  It starts to open but then stops.   
   Also lately can't open some older programs, I get error message stating "The   
   win16 subsystem was unable to enter protected mode, DOSX.EXE must be in your   
   AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your path".  Running Windows XP professional.   
   Has Microsoft cancelled help and support?  Can't open Program Compatibility   
   Wizard either.  Otherwise everything seems ok.  Any idea what's going on?
