   I received a photo attachment and when I tried to view it I get a box of the   
   Photo fax /viewer saying, "No Preview Avalable". The file extension of the   
   photo is Photo .doc. I don't know if that is important. Can someone help me   
   salvage my granddaughter's graduation photo? Thank you
