   It stops at a "blue screen" after about half an hour   
   after I have started installing it. Should I contact Microsoft ? I have   
   tried installing it about 10 times,   
   it always stop about at the same time, when windows is   
   "recognizing devices" attached to the system, and the screen is _flashing_ .   
   I have also tested my memory with 2 different memtest applications over the   
   night, and found no errors. Who should I contact with this problem ? I am   
   able to use w2k, which has always worked perfectly.
