   When I was using previous Windows OP in the past, such as 95, 98, & 2000   
   Professional, every few months or so I would format my hard drive and   
   reinstall the Windows. What I want to know is if I can do this with Windows   
   XP Professional. I heard that everytime you reinstall Windows XP Pro, you   
   have to call Microsoft for a new product key and pay $10.00. Is this true?
