   I use the "links" in lower right corner of screen and have a bunch of   
   links bookmarked there. When I click on a link, the browser does not   
   open full-screen, instead it opens to the last manual resize I did.   
   Even if I open a link, size the screen to full-screen, and properly   
   close the browser, it opens a bit less than full screen next time I   
   use the links. Any ideas, or is this a flaw in XP?
