From: phamp@mindspring.com              Greetings and Salutations              Running WinXp Home, have a USB connection to an external harddrive (E:       holds 40 Gigs). Defragging it after a major data deleting, prior to       dumping the "new" files (and structure, and blah, blah) back on it, I see       that there are a number of Restore Files fragmented on the drive, totaling       (roughly) 14 megs of space.        My Two Questions tot he gathered Experts: why are they there on the       external HD, and how do I delete them?              tschus       pyotr       --       pyotr       Go not to the Net for answers, for it will tell you Yes and no. And       you are a bloody fool, only an ignorant cretin would even ask the       question, forty two, 47, the second door, and how many blonde lawyers       does it take to change a lightbulb.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
