   you need a video card that supports this.  All current vid cards seem to   
   come with a svideo out at least.  That's your first task.  If you want   
   sound to play through your tv as well you need a miniature to stereo   
   connector, basically a plugin that goes from your sound card to the   
   red/white connectors on your tv/stereo
