   Have you checked all the necessary options?   
   Dunno the English menu terms, but do the following:   
   - set view of a folder to desired type   
   - Explorer->Tools->Folder options->View   
   - click button "Apply to all folders"   
   - and then below the button also clear the checkmark to save view settings   
     for each folder separately   
      
   That should do it, though I don't know about all those "My ... blah blah"   
   folders since I've never used them.
