   Google for "CCLEANER", it cleans all tremp/cache/log etc.   
   from your system and lets you edit its search list..   
   It also has a working registry cleaner.   
   Its free, and I use it often, especially just before doing a   
   virus/malware scan, to speed up things, and stop false virus   
   alerts(often found in cache diretories).
