   You need the CODEC and the player has to be able to handle that type. Not   
   all players will. I suggest VLC as it plays everything.

   PS: Expect this sort of odd behavior as there is a "war" going on for   
   supremacy and control of video reproduction, of which CODEC's are   
   essential.
