   I don't know. You didn't say it was a laptop, so I assumed it was a   
   desktop.

   You can move windows around the desktop without the mouse if you can   
   get to the controls in the upper left corner of that window. Click   
   there and choose the Move option, and you can then use the arrow keys   
   to move it around. If you can't get to the controls with the mouse, you   
   can get to them by hitting Alt-Spacebar.

   You can usually navigate a dialog box with the Tab key. If you can get   
   to it that way, hit Enter or Spacebar to press the button.
