   I wouldn't worry about the VT82C686 temp as reported by speedfan, as   
   it is   
   likely bogus - Asus may not have implemented the sensor in question.   
   The asusprobe temps look ok, so I suggest you try swapping the PSU   
   with   
   a spare if you have one, as that voltage drop is a worrying symptom   
   and   
   PSU problems are very very common.
