   That's part of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, which is probably needed   
   by   
   your failing app.  Try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual   
   Studio   
   2005 runtime from the Microsoft site:   
   http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=32BC   
   BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en   
      
   If that doesn't fix it, your .manifest file may be corrupt.  Google   
   for   
   "MSVCR80.dll is missing" to find ways of fixing that.
