   IMHO, it's a rather weird request.  I don't think I have ever opened a   
   program that I didn't want to immediately enter data or commands into.   
   (Pardon the trailing preposition...)   
      
   But, if that is your need (and it's worth a few minutes of research),   
   you can use Autohotkey to start up a program minimized.
