   	I am looking for a replacement to the XP taskbar---not the start menu,   
   not the notification area (tray), not the launchpad, just the taskbar. What   
   I mean is something that retains the original XP taskbar but allows me to   
   control the footprints of open windows. I tried SBar and ViGlance, and they   
   come very close to what I want. The former is still a little buggy and the   
   latter has a few features missing that I would very much like to see; both   
   appear to be in development no longer.   
   	The program does not have to be free, shareware would be fine too.
