   You can use rkill to kill the trojan in memory and then use Malwarebytes,   
   but I found its better to do a system restore because I think that trojan   
   deletes all the start menu icons and then hides the menus themselves.   
   In fact from memory I think it also hides many of the folders on c drive, if   
   its the same that one of my customers got.   
   If you click on the start menu and there's almost zero icons then it is.
