   Depends on what happened to it.   
      
   If you deleted it, check the recycle bin. Restoring it from there will fix   
   the problem.   
      
   If you turned off the Quick Launch bar, right-click the taskbar, click the   
   Toolbars submenu, the select Quick Launch.   
      
   If ANYTHING ELSE happened to it, post more details.
