   In order to solve technical problems, you need to show the exact   
   error message. "Something like" isn't good enough.   
      
   Also, you need to describe exactly what you're trying to do. What do   
   you mean "tool sendto"? Are you trying to send a file from within an   
   application? from the right-click context menu? What email client are   
   they using? Did it used to work and then quit? When? What else was done   
   to the computer at that time that may be related?   
      
   I'm guessing your friend is not using a MAPI-compliant email program,   
   such as Outlook and Outlook Express, and whatever mechanism you're   
   using to try to send the file requires that. Or the desired email   
   program isn't properly registered as the system default.   
      
   You need to supply more information to get accurate answers.
