   Defaults | Custom | Choose a default e-mail program.   
      
   Also, there's a setting in Outlook Express:   
      
   Tools | Options | General | Default Messaging Programs

   No, it doesn't - WLM 2011 is severely broken for newsgroups. It's not   
   able to properly quote previous messages, so its not able for the   
   reader to tell who said what. It's sure to cause confusion and   
   misunderstanding if you keep using it. You would be well off to   
   downgrade to the previous version, WLM 2009, or finding another   
   newsreader. There are several good ones for free or cheap. Even Outlook   
   Express is better than WLM2011.
