   No single AV program can deal with all issues (notably malware) so   
   best to download and run both MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and   
   SuperAntiSpyware as a start.  If they find anything, google it's   
   name for further help on removal.  If you have a rootkit, removal may   
   be a long-winded process, but there are other free tools that will   
   help, such as rkill.
