   Well you could look via MSConfig to see what is loaded at startup and   
   disactivate it but it might hide, or use something like HijackThis which   
   will list everything that runs behind the scenes. Do a Sytem scan   
   withthis then if you find it, click in the check box then the button   
   'fix checked'.
