   Again I ask have you tried the external drive and case, which I think   
   you are calling "container", on a friend's PC to see if they are working?   
      
   What brand of "container" is it?   
      
   I had a case of a friend's case not working on anybody's PC so we   
   returned it.   
      
   Just because the power light comes on, doesn't mean the interface is   
   working properly.
