   Mike Lin's "Startup CPL" - I like that, too. However, a better choice,   
   if one is of a more knowledgeable and technical mind, is "Autoruns"   
   from Microsoft's Sysinternals. It will expose a lot more startup   
   processes than does StartupCPL. Of course, with great power comes great   
   responsibility - you have much more ability to totally screw up your   
   system with it.
