Similar problem. I had a dual drive in my computer, 3.5 and 5.25 in one
   package.

For some reason XP Pro refuses to recognize the 5.25" drive.

Is this an XP design issue? Are there any patches to allow me to read my
   older floppies?

   Thanks,
