   Rather than looking for the Windows directory, just do Start -> Run... ->   
   regedit. In the registry, the owner name is stored here:   
     [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]   
     "RegisteredOwner"="owner's name here"
