   It's not a Windows XP thing, it's a function of your display adapter   
   driver. If you click on the display icon in the System Tray you should   
   find the rotation controls. You might also be able to get at them by   
   right-clicking of the Desktop.   
      
   The key combination might be Alt+Ctrl+Up Arrow.
