It should be listed in the       Control Panel. If you open up that link, or the appropriate program,       there may be ways to enable the tray icon, although it might be a       proprietary control.              If all else fails, there's a couple of Autohotkey scripts that will give       you convenient hotkeys for raising and lowering volume.
