Will the       > updates be downloaded next morning, and installed at next switchoff time?              Close, very close.       The next time your PC is on and logged in, it will download and       automatically install said updates after downloading all of them first.       After all the updates are installed you may need to reboot your       computer, but do not, do NOT switch it off while it is installing       updates.
