   Hi,   
      
   I'm running Windows XP with SP3, and last year's Sea Monkey. When I   
   download a program to my hard drive, a "Download Manager" appears   
   on-screen, listing old downloads plus the status of the current   
   download. When the current download has finished, I double click on it   
   to install it. The Download Manager then disappears. Sometimes, I wish   
   to view the Manager, but I cannot find it, even with a search of my hard   
   drive.   
      
   Can someone please tell me where it is hiding,and how I can view it.
