   You think that what you got was "vitriol"?? How can you have survived   
   this long with such thin skin?   
      
   You don't need to be a "computer hotshot" to know that nearly all   
   program functions and options are available on the menus. What else do   
   you think they're for? Sounds like it's time for you to spend some time   
   taking a tour of the menus of all programs you use very often. I think   
   you'll find that they do things you never thought possible.
