   That says the use of the USB port is detected but for some reason, no driver   
   was assigned. Did your external case come with a driver (boo-hiss, drives s/b   
   PnP)?   
      
   With the device attached...   
   Select that: Right-click: select Remove,   
   then (menu) Action: Scan for hardware change: Supply the driver if needed or   
   let it detect and install.
