   I have 4 cases, NONE need extra (non-windows included) drivers.   
   I just plug them in... Wait for Windows to /discover/ them, install the proper   
   driver (internal, no user intervention needed) and flash 'Ready for use' above   
   the USB icon   
      
   Note: these drives (FAT32,FAT,NTFS) all work fine on Ubuntu (Linux) as well
