   If your target audience is still running XP and unable to install   
   something as simple as K-Lite, you have a major problem.   
   Also remember you need two codecs: AAC and ALAC, since most .m4a are   
   Apple related.   
   Your best approach will be to use 'QuickTime' or iTunes.
