   No, unfortunately. The result of the chosen font is not exposed to   
   applications. i.e.: there's no function to retrieve that information, or at   
   least, it's undocumented. So the applications would still see e.g.: Arial,   
   even though the actual character is drawn using different font. That's the   
   disadvantage for applications that rely on the Windows default font   
   rendering engine.
