   Slow?   
   Coke will etch a copper trace, leaving a ugly, conductive, green smear in days   
   :o   
   Any beverage with citric acid will do this.   
      
   Some keyboards that have a little black button on the bottom of the plunger,   
   also leave residue that makes operation difficult (but can usually be cleaned   
   with Denatured Alcohol) with lots of use. Keyboards Keys do have a  lifecycle   
   (usually high) limit.
